NCRC Racing is hosting the Second Annual
"Fight Against ALS Charity Race"
October 11th, 2008.
Imagine; You get up early in the morning, pack your r/c gear in the car. You head down to Bowles Fluidics Corp. in Columbia, MD. You grab your micro or mini-z, and put it on the fresh RCP track. Then there is something you notice, this is definatly a change from the carpet you're used to racing on, but you love it. Last year was a complete blast. The majority of us members of the Final Thoughts Racing Club are used to our 1/18 scale sedans on the carpet of the HAUS. But the RCP track is loads of fun. Such a different racing surface brings out the best of your driving ability. This is an all-micro/mini race day. Come down and have fun with your Kyosho Mini-Z's and your Stock 1/18th Micro Sedans. All benefits will go to the ALS Association. ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, is a neurodegenerative disease that is caused by the degeneration of nerve cells that control voluntary muscle control. While the cause of ALS is still not totally understood, we can still do our part in helping those whos lives have already been changed by this disease. So come down, on October 11th, 2008, to Bowles Fluidics Corp. (6625 Dobbin Road, Columbia, Maryland) and join the NCRC Racing guys for a day of incredible micro racing. But please, be sure to pre-register for the racing, fill out this form and hand it to Gary Stephenson or Russ Hester (with check or money), or mail to the address on the form.
