Article I

Name and Purpose of Organization

The organization will be known as Final Thoughts Radio Control Car Racing Club The sole purpose of this club is for promotion of the radio control car racing hobby as well as the track that we race on.

Article II

Guidelines
Roberts Rules of order will be used to define the normal operation of this organization in all matters not specifically addressed per the clubs by-laws and constitution.

Article IV

Description of Duties

President: Presides at all meetings as well as being spokesman for the club in all matters that effect the club. Vice President: Shall be in charge in the absence of the President. Secretary: Shall keep minutes of all meetings as well as correspondence as directed by president. Treasurer: shall collect all moneys and dues owed to the club and keep the club advised of moneys received and/or disbursed by the club. - If the club stops as a functioning body, then all moneys will be turned over to a charity, then a letter will go out to all members at that time.

Article V

Ammendments

Changes to By-Laws and Constitution will be decided by majority decision of members in good standing at a vote conducted two (2) weeks after proposed changes are presented to the membership. The reason for the two(2) week delay is to attempt to allow for all members to be notified of the proposed changes.

Article VI

Terms of office Officers will be nominated at the August meeting of the general membership. Elections will be held at the September general membership meeting. Officers will serve from April 01 through March 31 There will be a term of apprenticeship where new members will be familiarized with their duties as a board member from Jan 01 until the dy they officially take office. Limit of Terms A Board member will not be limited to any number of terms.

Day to Day Operations

Meeting: Once a month on a date determined by executive board (An attempt to schedule meetings on regularly scheduled race dates, at the beginning of each month, will be made) Regular business: Any monies paid out must be signed off on by majority decision of the Executive Board
